The Debrunner Koenig Group consolidates its administrative processes and activities in its support divisions Finance & Legal and Corporate Services, which act as business partners for the product divisions. The central functions bring a high degree of efficiency and quality to our core services. Group-wide bundling of central tasks ensures high process reliability and the efficient exploitation of synergies.
The Finance & Controlling support division is responsible for the areas of financial accounting, controlling and risk management. Through the two Competence Centres in St. Gallen and Givisiez, the Finance function is able to support the product divisions in handling all financial tasks.
The Debrunner Koenig Group offers attractive employment conditions and supports and encourages employees in their professional development. As a socially responsible employer, the company is also involved in basic vocational training and employs some 150 trainees throughout Switzerland in the areas of commercial administration, logistics and retail sales.
The Marketing & Communication support division coordinates all marketing and communication activities and is the contact for the press and for sponsorship enquiries. The Debrunner Koenig Group regularly provides information via its communication channels on current topics such as new products, application solutions and company news.
Since 2003, the Group has been engaged as a long-term partner for dual vocational training by acting as gold sponsor of the SwissSkills team of young professional talents.
The Digitalisation & IT support division plans and operates adequate, high-quality IT services to support the product divisions. The function is responsible for designing the overall IT architecture and ensures the availability and security of the deployed systems and data at all times.
The dedicated specialists are charged with accelerating the digital transformation of the Debrunner Koenig Group and are therefore in close contact with the IT and digitalisation functions of the parent company Klöckner&Co.
The Business Excellence & Work Safety support division ensures the efficiency of business processes. This includes the continuous further development of the SAP business management software, which ensures smooth handling of the company’s core business.
In cooperation with the divisions, the applicable occupational safety standards and quality requirements are continually reviewed and adjusted as needed. The certified quality management system of the Debrunner Koenig Group is sustainably designed and continuously improved as well as being regularly inspected in cooperation with external authorities.
The Real Estate Management & Building Planning support division manages the real estate of the Debrunner Koenig Group while also supporting the product divisions in planning and setting up new locations or optimising the use of real estate.
The Legal & Compliance support division is the point of contact for all legal and compliance issues within the Debrunner Koenig Group.
